I am a Red River Métis-settler interdisciplinary researcher, beadwork artist, photographer, and scrapbook enthusiast.

Research
I am currently a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Calgary. We are using genomic tools to understand and document biodiversity of of biting insects on Inuinnait Nuna - Inuit Homelands in Nunavut - and the interactions between hosts, vectors, and pathogens. This work is being conducted in partnership with Inuit organizations.
